Returns policyReturns for change of mind
We hope you enjoy your Little Chomps product/s! However, if you wish to return or exchange purchased items,the following conditions must be met:
- returns are received by Little Chomps within 14 days of the purchase date on your receipt - exchanges are valid up to 30 days
- goods are returned unused, unworn and in their original packaging
- items were purchased at full price – returns for change of mind will not be issued on sale or discounted items
- an original or copy of the receipt is provided with the returned item (printed receipts are dispatched with your order).
Refunds on products returned within 14 days will be issued for the purchase price listed on your receipt; however your return postage will not be reimbursed. Goods are returned at your own cost and risk.
For exchanges within 30 days, you need to provide a postage-paid, self-addressed satchel sufficient to return exchanged goods.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is received used and/or damaged as a result of use/misuse. Please allow up to 14 days for your returns to be processed.
Return of goods believed to be damaged or faulty
In line with the Trade Practices Act, we will provide an exchange or refund of the total cost of your Little Chomps order (purchased via our website) if goods are deemed to be faulty or different to that shown or described.
A refund of the total amount stated on your purchase receipt will be credited against your original method of payment. It is your responsibility to return goods to the address listed below.
A refund will not be offered in instances where products have been used in an unreasonable or unintended manner or if care instructions have not been followed.
Instructions for returns/exchanges:
Please follow these instructions for returns and exchanges of purchases made via our Little Chomps website:
- Notify us of your intention to return/exchange goods by email. Please specify the reason for your request and the outcome you are seeking (eg. return or exchange): email@example.com
- Please return the unused and unworn item/s in their original packaging, or goods believed to be faulty, to:
- Along with the item in question, please also include:
- the original or copy of your receipt
- a postage-paid, self-addressed bag sufficient to return your purchase to you (for exchanges).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your request. If approved according to the above conditions, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied through the original method of payment.
If you are returning items to the value of $75 or over, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s.
