We’re sure you’ll love your Little Chomps smock bibs – but if for any reason they're not quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind?

If your smock is unused and in its original packaging, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Just send us a quick message at contact@littlechomps.com.au and we’ll guide you through the easy steps.

Received a Faulty or Incorrect Item?

Oh no – we’re so sorry! We pride ourselves on quality, but if something’s gone wrong, please let us know right away at contact@littlechomps.com.au We’ll fix it as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.

A Few Quick Notes:

  • Return postage for change-of-mind is at the customer’s expense.
  • For faulty items or order errors on our end, we’ll cover return post.
  • Please include your order number and a brief description in your email so we can help you faster.
  • A refund will not be offered in instances where products have been used in an unreasonable manner or if care instructions have not been followed.
